The Sussex County YMCA strives to offer the highest possible quality in our facilities, programs and service to our members and participants.  We are always open to suggestions for ways that we can improve our services to you. If however, for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, we will issue a full refund of the unused portion of that service.

Makeup classes will be scheduled only in the event that the YMCA cancels the class. If a class is missed due to injury or illness, a make-up class may be considered if a doctor's note accompanies the request.  Any other exceptions must be approved by the Director in charge of the program.
