YMCA hosts special yoga workshops on selected Sundays, 2-4 p.m. Pre-registration price is $10 for members, $20 for non-members. Registration at the door is $15 for members and $25 for non-members. Workshops are listed below. For more information click here or call (973) 209-9622. March 14 is Yoga for Athletes. March 28 is Family Yoga (special pricing for families). April 11 is Vinyassa Yoga (prior yoga expereince helpful). April 25 is Yoga for Energy. |
