ADULT AQUATIC CLASSES
The following classes are included in Membership:
SWIM INC. SWIM Inc. is a non-profit volunteer organization that offers a free program for adults with muscular impairment due to such causes as stroke, polio, MS, MD, arthritis and other causes For more information about SWIM Inc, please visit the SWIM Inc. website http://www.swim-inc.org.
ARTHRITIS AQUATIC EXERCISE This water-based program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, mobility and physical fitness in people with arthritis and a variety of other conditions.

WATER AEROBICS A balanced and varied workout, including cardiovascular endurance, toning and stretching.

DEEP WATER FITNESS A deep water exercise class using aqua belts, noodles and hand bells, providing a challenging workout for all fitness levels.

ADULT FITNESS SWIM Coached swim sessions ideal for tri-athletes or fitness swimmers looking to improve their endurance and strokes.
Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm – 9:00pm Pool Members $50 Program Members $75
ADULT SWIM INSTRUCTION BEGINNERS The class will cover front and back floating, submerging, front paddling and elementary backstroke. Special emphasis is placed on becoming comfortable in the water.
Saturday 10:00-10:40am Pool Members $50 Program Members $75
ADULT PRIVATE INSTRUCTION OR PERSONAL COACHING One on one instruction, lessons move at your own pace, meeting your own needs. Stroke instruction for fine tuning stroke mechanics of competitive swimmers also available. Must have full Facility YMCA Membership. Packages available – inquire at the Welcome Center for details.
