*Active Adult feeling Fit A low intensity, low impact class for cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. A great way for Active Adults to keep fit! Body Shock
Full body class that is constantly changing to increase your fitness potential, featuring calisthenics, interval training, boxing, kickboxing and Plyometrics with the use of minimal equipment.
Cardio Kickboxing
A fun and upbeat cardio workout that is a blending of kicks, punches, jabs and calisthenics. This class will improve your endurance and tone your muscles.
Cardio Pump A full body workout that combines intervals of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Use of weights, tubing, bars, steps, and balls will all be incorporated into this energizing class.
Cardio Step
Improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination and balance during Cardio Step. Enjoy a fun mix of easy to follow choreography on the step and toning exercises. cYcle
Improve your cardiovascular endurance by spinning. Instructors use a wide variety of music to create a ride that will keep you motivated and your heart pumping as you develop skills such as moving, form, focus and recovery. Class sizes are limited; bikes are first come first serve. Tickets are available 30 minutes before the start time at the welcome center. Bring a towel and a water bottle. *Low Impact Cardio This class is for all levels. Enjoy a mix of low-impact, high intensity toning and cardiovascular conditioning exercises for your whole body.
Progressive Fitness
A progressive fitness program that works the body in resistance training, cardio and flexibility. Progressively increase your fitness level.
Step and Tone
A low impact class that incorporates cardio step and resistance training for toning muscles. Super Intervals
High intensity work out for people looking to increase their fitness level. Perfect workout for people with a tight schedule. Intermediate and Advanced levels only.
Tai Chi Tai Chi is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. Expanding our creativity and awareness, promoting longevity and bettering the quality of our lives, improving our balance, flexibility, and stamina.Teen Cycle Just for teens a high energy cycle class with great music. exercise while having fun! Registration required. Triple Threat Hardcore circuit class including sculpting and cardio. 20/20 20 minutes of cardio followed by 20 minutes of toning. Zumba The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
Zumba Gold The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness created just for Active Adults who want to join the party on a softer note.
Flexibility and Toning Classes
Abs 30 minute class to strengthen your core. Active Adult Toning Stretching and toning for increased flexibility, range of motion and strength. Balance vs Strength Put your strength and balance to the test with a variety of challenging strength exercises while maintaining core balance *Chair Yoga Yoga modified for those who find getting on and off the floor difficult; this practice uses a chair to assist and support the practice.
*Gentle Yoga Slow gentle stretching using modified yoga poses for all to be able to participate in. Kettle Bell Plus Join in on the newest craze using kettle bells and other equipment for a great total body workout.
Kettle Bell Advanced Training An intense full body work out using kettle bells to the increase your fitness level. This class is for intermediate and high level fitness levels.
Mat Pilates A mat based class that focuses on strengthening your core muscles and expanding lung capacity through breathing and disciplined stretches. This class will improve your balance, posture, flexibility, and range of motion and strength. *Midsection Meltdown Includes abdominal, oblique, upper and lower back strengthening exercises. Increases flexibility, stability and balance. Great for all levels of fitness.
Sculpt A non-aerobic workout consisting of exercises that strengthen, tone, firm and sculpt the entire body. Free weights, body bars, tubing and exercise stability balls are often used in class.
Prana Yoga
Energetic yoga practice focuses on integration of breathe, chanting and movement. Raise the Bar Take your fitness to a new level using body bars for a full body workout. Yoga A slow, gentle traditional Hatha Yoga class which includes meditation and complete relaxation at the end of each session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Intermediate and Advanced classes also available.

Pilates and Yoga combined to build a strong core with the benefits of flexibility. Vinyasa Yoga
A high energy cardio paced Yoga class that moves through a series of Yoga postures. Zumba Toning The Zumba® Toning fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves utilizing light weight to tone your body.
