Let one of our trained and certified Personal Trainers develop a personalized program specific to your needs and goals. Whether you are looking to improve your cardiovascular endurance, increase strength and flexibility, lose weight, enhance your golf game or just want to increase your feeling of overall wellness, our Personal Trainers can help you. Our YMCA trainers are diverse and knowledgeable and provide a range of benefits including: facilitating realistic and obtainable goals, providing motivation to keep you going and working at your full potential and helping you balance exercise with everyday life. 

All personal training sessions must be prepaid and are non-transferable and nonrefundable. Packages are available for multiple sessions. Sessions must be cancelled no less than 5 hours prior to scheduled time or that session will be forfeited.
