The following classes are being offered during the Spring II Session which begins April 26, 2010.  Online registration begins on April 5th for facility members.

WELLNESS SPECIALTY CLASSES

Y WEIGHT CHALLENGE
A super fun, super challenging, weight loss program. Team up
with trainers in small groups toworkout and complete teamchallenges.
Weekly weigh-ins, meetings, mandatory classes along
with nutrition information to make better choices and seminars
to help create healthy behaviors. The goal of the challenge is to
increase strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and over all fitness
while losing weight. Prizes for the highest over all weight
loss percentage, unlike the Biggest Loser, nobody gets voted off!
All participants must have medical clearance and have 25lbs or
more to lose.

Meeting/Workout Times:
Tuesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturday 1:00pm – 2:00pm

ULTIMATE BOOT CAMP
An all-overworkout including cardiovascular, strength, endurance, core, agility and more. This class may include running, jump rope, free
weights and more.

Sunday 9:00am – 10:00am

FAMILY YOGA
Family members bring the kids to enjoy time together while getting the benefits of yoga. Learn breathing techniques and reduce stress
through yoga postures.

Thursday 11:00am – 11:45am

Members $56 Program Members $84


FAMILY SUMMER SERIES

Join other families for an evening of fun and games.  Activities include organized family sports such as volleyball, kickball, wiffle ball and old fashioned games.  Families can enjoy open swim time afterwards.

Friday  7:00pm-8:00pm

Members $30 per session  $10 drop in    Program Members $45 per session  $15 drop in

 
YOU AND YOUR BEST FRIEND-DOG WALKING GROUP

Nothing is better than sharingwith your best friend. This is a program that gives you time with your canine while you both get healthy. The
group will meet weekly at predetermined scenic sites in our county.

KETTLE BELL TRAINING
Kettle bells are an effective, exciting way to train. Here they are used incombination with full body circuits encompassing speed and agility
modifications and functional training skills.

MARTIAL ARTS

AIKIDO
Learn the dynamic, flowing martial art of Aikido, where the emphasisis on using your opponent’s energy to gain control of them. Great for
self-defense.

Wednesday 7:00pm – 8:30pm

CONTACT KICKBOXING
Combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics in an intense workout for overall physical conditioning and toning.
Choose all three workouts in the week.
